Leilla LECUSSON, Esq.

Lawyer at the bar of Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy

After practicing law in Paris with firms such as Fidal, EY and Taj, Leilla LECUSSON joined the Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy Bar.

This choice enables her to offer her professional clientele (individual entrepreneurs, start-ups, VSEs, SMEs, groups of companies, holding companies) and private individuals specific legal services adapted to their needs, while taking their constraints into account.

Having practised as a lawyer in a variety of international and human-scale structures, she is now able to meet the needs of clients operating mainly in Guadeloupe, as well as those operating abroad or wishing to expand there.

Leilla LECUSSON also has particular expertise in tax law applicable to overseas territories. She advises clients at the decision-making stage, and assists them in the event of litigation concerning issues such as dock dues, local taxes and the tax system applicable to Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy.
